Cancellation Policy
If you won't be able to attend the conference, you may cancel your registration by sending written notification to Vanguard Integrity Professionals. Cancellations will be refunded in the following manner:

Cancellations received in writing by Monday, May 28, 2012: Your conference registration fees will be refunded less a fee of $50.00, per registration. Vanguard can hold a credit applied to a future Vanguard event or training class to be redeemed within one (1) year from the date of cancellation. Alternately you may substitute another person/co-worker to attend the conference in your place (see substitutions).

Cancellations received in writing after Monday, May 28, 2012: You will be charged for 50% of the conference registration fees. Vanguard can hold a credit applied to a future Vanguard event or training class to be redeemed within one (1) year from the date of cancellation. Alternately you may substitute another person/co-worker to attend the conference in your place (see substitutions).

Substitutions are accepted if made in writing, up to one day prior to the start of the event. Refunds will not be granted for "No Shows".

Please be sure to reference the name of the individual registered and indicate that it is a cancellation or substitution for the Vanguard Security and Compliance 2012.

Registrants who have not paid their registration fees will not be admitted.

It is your responsibility to cancel your hotel reservations.

Vanguard Integrity Professionals may change the courses and/or event schedule at any time.
